So I had to make some additions to the Effect.Scale animation when I created LightWindow and thought I should submit it.   Basically the problem was that when you scale an element from the center it does not take into account if the element has a border or margin so the scale position will be off by that much, leaving you with an un-wanted effect.   I hope to see this in the next release so I can remove the effect from the LightWindow library.
